  1. I remember how nice Dorothy was to me, when I was a hall monitor at GVHS, in ’74-’75, always encouraging, and she made sure I got an extra portion when I did cafeteria duty, May she RIP.

    • Todd…thanks for the comment…yup, my Mom was special person…the kindness you felt, she spread about generously to everyone she knew or met…that is a legacy all of us should want to have…even in her last years she was loved by all who met her…so what you so generously wrote about, was hers to the end of her life…you made my day with your comment…you took the time, when you didn’t need to…no wonder she gave you that “extra portion”…Jim E
